Job Title: Client Servicing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Manager to lead our client relationships and drive strategic digital campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing top-tier clients, developing campaign strategies, and delivering results-driven solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals, target audience, and market positioning.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strategic Consulting & Brand Stewardship: Provide expert guidance to clients on marketing trends and industry insights, ensuring all campaigns are on-brand and aligned with their voice and positioning.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting actionable insights to clients.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with the new business team to pitch ideas and renew or expand contracts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of account management experience in a digital/creative agency.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes clients and complex campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, performance media, and influencer strategy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing polish.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and project trackers.
