Performance Marketer – Meta Ads Job Description

This pivotal role involves leading end-to-end campaign execution, including creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management for paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving performance and meeting business objectives.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing paid campaigns to drive performance and meet business objectives.
  • Leading the end-to-end campaign execution: creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.
  • Conducting in-depth audience research and leveraging Meta's targeting tools to ensure campaigns reach the right people.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing campaign data to optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions. They will refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets continuously and conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, formats, and audiences to improve performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
  • Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Meta Ads Certification (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are desirable but not mandatory:

  • Meta Blueprint Certification or equivalent advanced credentials.
  • Experience with advanced ad formats like Dynamic Ads & Instagram Stories Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or third-party analytics platforms.
