Client Servicing Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Client Servicing Manager to serve as a vital bridge between our brands and creative professionals, ensuring seamless campaign execution and tangible impact.

  • Develop tailored campaign concepts and content ideas aligned with brand objectives
  • Formulate end-to-end influencer marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams
  • Brief creatives to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant content, refining scripts as needed
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and campaign progress updates
  • Cultivate strong client relationships while scaling campaigns, working closely with internal teams to drive performance and achieve results

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Client Servicing
  • A deep understanding of the content, social media, and influencer ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • The ability to think creatively while maintaining focus on execution
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, comfortable owning campaigns from inception to completion
