Senior Creative Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Creative Leader to spearhead our creative team, drive innovative campaigns, and connect with audiences worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in creative strategy and campaign execution, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/animation fundamentals, as well as proficiency in leveraging AI-powered creative tools for ideation, design, and productivity enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design impactful campaign ideas, branding, and content across digital and offline platforms
  • Lead and inspire the design team, mentoring junior and mid-level designers through ongoing feedback and coaching
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to bring integrated campaign concepts to life
  • Maintain visual consistency across projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
  • Effectively communicate creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders, fostering open dialogue and trust
  • Stay up-to-date on industry design trends, AI tools, and techniques, incorporating them into workflows to boost creativity and efficiency
  • Monitor team productivity, ensuring timely project delivery within scope and contributing to overall team profitability
