Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our building management system (BMS) and power management projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, configuring, and programming heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) controls and electrical supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scope, schedule, and level of effort for customers and stakeholders
  • Manage the execution of BMS improvement projects
  • Assist in procurement activities, including reviewing vendors' proposals
  • Support controls projects related to commissioning activities in data centers
  • Conduct engineering analysis and research designs and methods of data center equipment and facilities
  • Ensure designs and installations meet requirements
  • Develop data center vulnerability remediation playbooks for control system designs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • TCP/IP, MQTT, BACnet, and MODBUS communication protocol experience
  • Excellent understanding of industry-standard electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in designing, configuring, programming, installing, troubleshooting, or servicing HVAC controls and electrical SCADA systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
