**Job Title:** IT Manager

Hiring for a challenging role in IT Infrastructure management

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage our ODIN software operations, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ODIN software, expertise in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server management, proficiency in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), knowledge of data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes, and familiarity with IT compliance and security standards.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining ODIN software operations
  • Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers
  • Handling server management, including installation, upgrades, and performance optimization
  • Implementing and managing virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)
  • Ensuring data backup, recovery, and security protocols are in place
  • Oversighting IT compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Providing support for network infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity across the organization

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Strong hands-on experience in ODIN software
  • Expertise in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server management
  • Proficiency in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Knowledge of data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
