Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide industry and functional advice in the discovery workshop, design, implementation, testing, and production support of treasury solutions for client business needs.
  • Present treasury solutions to client users.
  • Support the deliverables of technical consultants by providing business guidance, review, testing, and validation of scripted solutions as directed by product managers.
  • Consult with client users to determine business requirements and work processes to be addressed by treasury solutions.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge in treasury management system (TMS) configuration and treasury business.
  • Provide guidance to business consultants in functional areas of treasury solutions.
  • Assist with professional services best practices as directed by line managers.
  • Assume hands-on project implementation duties in all phases of treasury implementations, reporting to project managers.
  • Gather and document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and any other deliverables required by projects as determined by project managers and lead business consultants.
  • Keep line managers and project managers informed regarding the status of assigned responsibilities.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Treasury experience with hands on TMS knowledge preferably with IT2.
  • Cash & Liquidity: cash management, pooling & sweeping, cash forecasting.
  • Funding & Debt: short-term debt, long-term debt, trade finance.
  • Investments: MMFs & deposits, capital markets & equities.
  • In-house banking: intercompany loans, internal trading, multi-lateral netting.
  • Risk Management: foreign exchange, interest rates, commodities, counterparty risk, scenario analysis, value at risk.
  • Back Office: confirmations, payments, regulatory reporting.
  • Accounting: treasury accounting, hedge accounting.
  • Band Account Management: account inventory, signatory management, bank fee analysis.
  • Reporting: reports & workbenches, dashboards & process maps, published data sources, crystal Reports.
  • Bachelors degree in one of the following: Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work as part of a project team structure.
  • Ability to work onsite at client locations.
