Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations and Treasury Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations, treasury management, and accounting.

The Financial Operations and Treasury Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and overseeing intercompany transactions between entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and global regulations. This includes collaborating with Tax, Legal, and Treasury teams on multiple intercompany transactions including capital funding, loan arrangements, IP transfers, cost plus and transfer pricing arrangements.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Tax on intercompany pricing policies and agreements
  • Coordinating with global subsidiaries to resolve intercompany discrepancies and ensure reconciliations
  • Preparing and distributing daily cash position reports within Kyriba Treasury Management System, ensuring accuracy of cash balances across all bank accounts
  • Analysing daily bank activity and cash flow forecasts to support short-term liquidity planning
  • Preparing and executing weekly payment runs, ensuring proper approvals and disbursement of funds observing internal controls

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant or MBA degree, with at least 8 years of intermediate accounting experience, preferably in public accounting. Experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation, configuration, and administration is also required. Proficiency in analysing data in Microsoft Excel and experience with NetSuite (preferred) or other large ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP are essential. Hands-on knowledge in using Alteryx and PowerBI, or similar, and experience driving process automation is also desirable.
