Job Overview

The Resident Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in the execution and management of construction projects. They are responsible for ensuring timely completion, adhering to technical specifications, quality system procedures, standard engineering practices, and statutory requirements.

  • Overall responsibility for the field office organization.
  • Manage the successful completion of construction projects as per schedule.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute plant construction tasks efficiently.
  2. Liaise with stakeholders, including customers and subcontractors, on site-related matters.
  3. Coordinate overall project management, administration, and construction activities.
  4. Oversee all subcontractors engaged by the company.
  5. Arrange temporary facilities during site commencement.
  6. Resolve day-to-day problems with customers through coordination.
  7. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for customer updates.
  8. Settle extra claims with supporting documents and resolve disputes amicably.
  9. Follow up on timely payment releases from customers.
Requirements
