Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to efficiently allocate resources.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports and site diaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BTech/ BE)
  • Fresher or experienced candidate
  • Proficiency in construction management

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
