About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive the development of a high-performing workforce by designing, executing, and governing initiatives such as talent identification, development, succession planning, career conversations, competency mapping, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust talent management strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
- Design, execute, and govern a well-structured succession planning process to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles.
- Manage the Competency Management framework to identify skills gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
- Build and roll out capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify talent groups, trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership decisions.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on talent metrics, succession readiness, engagement, and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Business leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.
- Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) like Assessment centers, structured learning journeys, career progression paths, and mentoring to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Drive organization-wide implementation of the performance management cycle. Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and interventions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7-8 years of experience in Talent Management processes design and execution.
- MBA/PGPM (HR) qualification background.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.
- Able to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow through.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
