This is a full-time and fully remote role (6.30pm - 4.30am IST).

Job Description

A Paid Social Manager is needed to join our client's team, a digital marketing agency in the UK. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships. You will focus primarily on serving eCommerce clients across various platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (cost-per-click, click-through rate, cost per action, return on ad spend, lifetime value, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
