Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced associate/principal associate to join our corporate and M&A team in Delhi. The successful candidate will have a five-year law degree from a reputable university with an excellent academic record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end transactions independently, including negotiations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

• 4-8 years of experience in corporate practice at a well-reputed law firm(s)

• Well-versed in corporate laws, including the Indian Contracts Act, 1872, Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, Competition Act, 2002, Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) laws, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, Industrial and Labour Laws, Data Protection Laws, Legal Metrology Act, 2010, and substantive laws for dispute resolution mechanisms.

• Excellent research skills, active participation in KM, writing external and internal articles and papers
