Job Title: Senior Associate Lawyer

We are seeking a talented Senior Associate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in corporate/transaction law and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to independently manage transactions while working collaboratively with teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents such as shareholders' agreements, share subscription agreements, business transfer agreements, and related contracts.
  • Legal Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence across industries and provide actionable insights.
  • Client Advisory: Advise clients on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters relating to transactions.
  • Deal Closure: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.

Requirements:

  • LLB/LLM from a top-tier university
  • 4-7 years of PQE in reputed law firms or corporates specializing in corporate/transaction law
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory experience
