Key Roles and Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate is responsible for identifying top-performing doctors who can refer patients to our hospital in the assigned geographical area, and maintaining a competitive edge by tracking other healthcare units.

  • Meet with doctors daily during morning and evening sessions to discuss health services and promote hospital offerings.
  • Collaborate with distinguished doctors outside of the hospital to communicate and deliver health services.
  • Ensure patient enrollment and revenue generation in major specialties within the hospital.
  • Inform referred patient details to OPS PRO MIS prior to their visit and keep the referring doctor updated on treatment progress.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and patient management guidelines.
  • Coordinate with PROs to ensure seamless and satisfying experiences for referred patients.
  • Organize camps and CMEs for promotional purposes and strategic expansion of local patient services.

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain top-performing doctors who can refer patients to our hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with these doctors, promoting hospital services, and ensuring that patients receive seamless and satisfying experiences.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or healthcare).
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
