Job Description

As a General Manager - Operations, you will lead a team of Operations Leads and prioritize customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects and manage internal stakeholders to meet quality standards.

  • Own the customer experience from project booking to handover.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for regional issues and resolve them within committed ETAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate issue resolution and empower your team to solve problems on the ground.
  • Be a people manager, empowering your team and hiring top talent to strengthen your region.
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes and standards for a standardized customer experience.
  • Focus on Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker Escalation Resolution.

Expertise and Qualifications

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting in previous roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills required.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
