The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paid Media Specialist with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • A proven track record of successful paid media campaigns with measurable results in Google and Meta platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with paid advertising on Snapchat, TikTok, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage high-performing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded. Generate comprehensive reports to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets across platforms to maximize performance and minimize costs.
  • A/B Testing & Campaign Optimization: Conduct regular A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, targeting options, and bidding strategies. Continuously refine and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and trends.

Accountability & Team Collaboration: Take full ownership and accountability for all aspects of paid media campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
