Your Future Role
We seek a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our enterprise sales initiatives, driving revenue growth across India. As the Strategic Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, forging strategic partnerships, and driving sales performance to new heights within the Indian market.
Enterprise Sales - B2B
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our cybersecurity and IAM software products.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize individual and team performance.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, channel partners, and industry influencers, to drive business development opportunities within India.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Analyze Indian market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning.
- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics tracking to monitor progress against targets and drive accountability.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and business insights specific to India to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IAM software products.
- Proven track record of success in senior sales roles within the Indian market, with a strong focus on enterprise software and cybersecurity solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Indian cybersecurity landscape, including knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive sales teams toward ambitious targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with enterprise clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable national sales strategies.
- Experience in negotiating complex sales agreements and managing key enterprise accounts in India.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
