ERP Specialist RoleJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our IT team as an ERP Specialist. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Enterprise Resource Planning system.

This position requires strong technical expertise in implementing and supporting ERP systems in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and document requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business associates and vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the ERP application.
  • Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, resolving issues and offering remote assistance.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement within the ERP system.
  • Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.
  • Register new real estate clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
