Key Account Collections Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Collector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing key account receivable portfolios to ensure timely collections.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage key accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collections.
  • Contact customers via email/phone to follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., billing, cash application, sales) to resolve issues impacting collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare ageing reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to AR.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in OTC collections or accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of the OTC process and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
