Job Role Overview

At our organization, we are developing a platform to facilitate users in selecting the appropriate hospital/surgeon for their surgical procedure. We are seeking an experienced Executive to oversee the collection process and engage with clients regarding outstanding payments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive collections activities and achieve targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Follow-up: Aggressively pursue overdue amounts via phone/calls/emails to minimize debts and maintain low loss experience.
  • Database Management: Maintain an accurate database of transactions related to payment collection account receivables.
  • Strategy Improvement: Contribute to improving collection strategies to drive continuous enhancements in the collections process.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
  • Overdue Case Resolution: Understand the system for efficient monitoring and resolution of overdue cases and provide assistance to the recovery team for case resolution through recovery means.
  • Client Verification: Verify potential defaulters among clients/customers.
  • Field Visits: Conduct visits at customers' premises for either payment or product pickup purposes.
