The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and reviewing detailed business and technical requirements, developing and implementing technical solutions using the Service Now platform's IT Operations Management related modules such as CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Map, Event/Alert Management, Integration Hub.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop Technical Solutions: Utilize the Service Now platform to design, develop, test, configure, and deliver business requirements on ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Maps, Event/Alert Management, Asset Management, Performance Analytics, AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and Integration Hub.
- Capture Requirements from Business Stakeholders: Capture detailed requirements from business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) through demonstrations and workshops.
- Coordinate Development Efforts: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the development of user stories, configurations, and ensure timely delivery.
- Configure Modules and Develop Custom Solutions: Configure modules, develop custom solutions as required through scripting and software development.
- Prepare Technical Documentation: Prepare high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD), architecture design, and technical documentation as specified.
- Collaborate with Platform Team: Collaborate with the platform team to update technology direction and strategy, and manage day-to-day tasks.
