Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow expert to lead the development and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient, innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support our enterprise service management strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Retail Operations teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure seamless integration of automation initiatives
  • Manage ServiceNow upgrade projects, platform migrations, and integrations with third-party systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
  • Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
  • Experience in managing ServiceNow upgrades, platform migrations, and integrations with third-party systems
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow capabilities
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
