Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Load Tester to perform performance and load testing on a large-scale ServiceNow instance. The role will focus on evaluating system behavior under heavy usage and ensuring scalability, stability, and responsiveness.

The role involves conducting performance and load testing on a large-scale ServiceNow instance. The focus will be on evaluating how the platform behaves when accessed by up to 20,000 concurrent users, each loading multiple widgets on the portal. Additional testing will include measuring the impact of integration calls from ServiceNow and assessing performance when reports are generated or loaded.

The position requires QA professionals with strong experience in web application testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and ServiceNow ATF. A ServiceNow SME may provide guidance, but the primary responsibility will rest with the QA team, which will include a Test Lead and multiple testers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct performance and load testing for ServiceNow portals, widgets, integrations, and reports.

Simulate 20,000+ concurrent users to assess system scalability.

Measure response times, monitor system performance, and identify bottlenecks.

Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for automated functional and regression testing.

Collaborate with QA leads, testers, and ServiceNow SMEs to design and execute test strategies.

Document test results and provide recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

5+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow Testing

Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).

Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Strong knowledge of web application performance testing.

Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture (preferred).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.
