Brand Management Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive brand strategy that drives awareness, builds trust, and supports business growth initiatives in the B2B SaaS space.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy aligned with the company's mission, vision, and market positioning.
    • Conduct market analysis, audience research, and industry trends to shape brand messaging and tone.
    • Define brand pillars, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation across marketing, sales, and product.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Create and oversee high-impact brand campaigns to drive engagement and customer loyalty.
    • Develop storytelling frameworks for use in content, advertising, events, and thought leadership.
    • Work closely with content creators, designers, and external partners to bring brand concepts to life.
    • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies with compelling brand narratives and visuals.
  • Visual & Messaging Consistency:
    • Audit and refine existing brand assets and messaging for alignment across channels.
    • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across departments.
    • Provide creative direction for campaigns, digital assets, and corporate communications.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Set KPIs for brand awareness, engagement, and perception metrics.
    • Monitor brand performance using tools such as Google Analytics, brand sentiment tracking, and campaign dashboards.
    • Use insights to optimize campaigns and evolve brand strategy over time.
