As a Production Engineer, you will ensure that our manufacturing operations run efficiently, safely, and consistently at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production operations and ensure output meets quality standards.
- Analyze process data and propose improvements in efficiency and yield.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Support trials of new materials, processes or technologies.
- Document production results and prepare loss analyses.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering fields.
- 0-3 years of production or manufacturing experience; new graduates welcome.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma tools is an advantage.
