Director of Analytics

We are seeking a Director of Analytics to lead our data strategy and build scalable infrastructure.

  • Create a unified data layer, integrating behavioral and transactional data.
  • Define the tools and frameworks for data creation, transformation, and consumption.
  • Build a high-performing analytics organization, partnering with product, marketing, CRM, operations, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data & analytics leadership, with a proven track record of building data marts and defining enterprise-wide data consumption strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data stack (SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, BI tools like Looker/PowerBI/Tableau).
  • ML Competency: Familiarity with machine learning workflows (data pipelines for ML, feature engineering, model monitoring).
