Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage and oversee the daily operations of a bank's receivables, ensuring timely and efficient collections. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of banking regulations and laws, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues related to payments, and maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Banking Regulations: Strong knowledge of banking regulations and laws.
