Genpact is looking for a skilled Process Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of cash applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Additionally, they should have experience in accounts receivable and order to cash processes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites
  • Reconcile orders to match customer books
  • Validate credits or debits and send them to customers for collection or refund
  • Follow up on customer/internal disputes and work between departments to get a resolution
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Good English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Significant experience in accounts receivable/order to cash
