Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the configuration and development of solutions in line with business requirements.

You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and resolve production issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Additionally, you will collaborate with product owners to plan and prioritize backlogs, working with module leads and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver results efficiently.

Key responsibilities include maintaining configuration workbooks and documentation, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and collaborating with various teams to meet organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Business Acumen: You possess excellent knowledge of end-to-end HR business processes and can quickly resolve issues while converting business requirements into system solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in HCM fast formulas, HDLs, and HCM Extracts is essential. Familiarity with Azure Dev/Ops and Oracle integration Cloud/SQL/OTBI/BI Publisher is advantageous.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills are required to work effectively with global stakeholders, including Domain Business Process Owners, Business Process Experts, Key Business Users, and End Users.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to review and challenge proposed solution designs, as well as prioritize workload and deliver results on time.
