Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to oversee our end-to-end accounting operations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to lead our accounting team.

  • Develop and implement effective accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and review financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payment transactions.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure the integrity of our financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Fixed Asset Registers (FAR), prepaid expenses, and provisions.
  • Perform timely and accurate Form 26AS, payment gateway transactions, GST inputs vs. books, and TDS payments vs. books reconciliations.
  • Track and manage pending accounts receivable and payable.
  • Oversee payments and banking systems, ensuring smooth and secure transactions.
  • Review and finalize financial statements, preparing them for management review and external reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, providing insights into our financial performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive cash flow statements and budgets to inform business decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, including tax laws and regulations.
  • Expertise in payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
