Enterprise AI UX Designers design and develop user interfaces for artificial intelligence-driven applications.

About This Role
  • Create end-to-end designs for AI experiences, from initial concepts to final UI delivery.
  • Drive user flows, prompt interactions, agentic interfaces, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) modules from low-fidelity sketches to polished designs.
  • Rapidly prototype and test user experiences to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems & UI consistency to ensure predictable and scalable UX.
  • Design research and testing - conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to inform AI behavior and trust in UI interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate feature requirements into intuitive design experiences.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of dedicated product or interaction design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise-facing products.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma including interactive components, prototyping, auto layout, design systems, collaborative libraries. Familiarity with Sketch, XD, InVision, Protopie, or Framer is highly preferred.
  • Strong visual and interaction design instincts with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX design, user flows, and interfaces.
  • Experience with generative-AI user experiences including prompt-based interactions, conversational flows, or agent interfaces.
