Product Design Role

As a product designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and user-friendly digital products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to gather insights and understand user behavior
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and interactions that effectively communicate design concepts
  • Organize and structure complex information in an intuitive manner
  • Present and articulate design thinking, conduct regular design reviews, and capture feedback from stakeholders
  • Apply human-centered design methods and accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences
  • Collaborate with designers to develop solutions that enhance the user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools through continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Portfolio showcasing product UX/UI design work
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products in the banking industry
  • Experience working in large cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating cohesive product experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Skill in understanding and communicating design trade-offs
  • Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with modular design
  • Experience with Prime React and related frameworks
