The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in designing air-cooled and conduction-cooled electromechanical enclosures and chassis. Additionally, they should be proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and have knowledge of BOM creation, material selection, fastener selection, CNC machining, and surface finish processes.

Desirable skills include knowledge of structural and thermal analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a 10-member team and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in designing Air cooled and conduction cooled electromechanical Enclosures and Chassis for defence/Avionics/Telecom industry.
  • Experience in milled, sheet metal and plastic enclosure designs.
  • Knowledge in 19-inch rack, ATR, VPX, VME and ATCA standards.
  • Proficiency in Solid works and AutoCAD.
  • Good knowledge about BOM creation, material selection, Fastener selection, CNC machining and surface finish process.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Knowledge in Structural and Thermal analysis.
