Senior CAD Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Design Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and expertise in Computer-Aided Design, with a strong focus on Creo software.
Key Responsibilities:- CAD Design Expertise: Develop high-quality 3D designs using Creo, incorporating knowledge of part design, GD&T, and SPI standards for plastic design.
- Collaboration with Tool Makers and Molders: Work closely with plastic tool makers and injection molders to ensure design for manufacture requirements are met.
- Concept Generation and Problem-Solving: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to generate innovative design concepts and solutions.
- Electromechanical Enclosure Design: Design and develop electromechanical enclosures that meet the required specifications.
- Design for Manufacturability and Assembly: Apply expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) to optimize designs for efficient production.
- Rapid Prototyping: Experience with rapid prototyping techniques to validate design concepts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure design goals are met.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in CAD design.
- Highly proficient in Creo software.
- Demonstrated expertise in part design, GD&T, and SPI standards for plastic design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
