We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Manager to join our team as a 40% Equity Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with both capital and leadership experience.

The successful candidate will contribute ₹1.2 Crores as a partner-investor, lead the fund management strategy, oversee portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting, and shape the fund's long-term growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.
  • Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.
  • Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.

Candidate Profile:

  • A background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations.
  • A strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.
  • A proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
  • Open to being based in Dubai or frequent travel to DIFC/ADGM.
