We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to oversee and execute our online marketing strategy. This role will focus on planning and implementing effective digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our BIM training business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify target audiences, set clear goals, and design campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to diverse audiences (students, professionals, corporate clients).
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital platforms.
  • Lead the optimization and growth of the company's LinkedIn presence with a focus on professional outreach.
  • Drive organic follower growth and improve engagement metrics.
  • Launch and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ads for higher CTR, lower CPC, and better conversions.
  • Run A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Optimize the company website and landing pages for search engines to increase organic traffic.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and implement SEO best practices.
  • Develop and optimize lead capture processes through landing pages and thank-you pages.
  • Implement tracking codes to monitor lead funnels and conversion paths accurately.
  • Develop strategies to position Blueprints Design as an industry leader in BIM services and Autodesk training.
  • Engage with audiences through thought leadership content, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Create professional quality visuals and ad creatives that align with campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–3 years) as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
  • Experience in creative content writing and managing social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing best practices and ad-serving tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data for actionable insights.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
