Head of Customer Success and Product Adoption

A successful candidate for this role will be responsible for driving user engagement, adoption, and satisfaction across our platform. This includes developing and implementing effective customer success strategies, mapping the end-to-end user journey, and working closely with product and technical teams to introduce features that reinforce engagement and high-value usage behaviors.

This leader will also champion the customer experience, leveraging product management principles to coordinate feedback, prioritize feature improvements, and implement initiatives that enhance product utilization. Key responsibilities include leading development and implementation of customer success and product adoption frameworks, designing incentive and education programs, and providing strategic coaching and documentation to customer-facing teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep product management experience with customer success expertise to translate user insights into impactful solutions. A strong background in executing user engagement and adoption strategies is essential, as well as demonstrated success in partnering with product teams to drive improvements.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can proactively approach problem-solving and translate organizational goals into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills are necessary for diverse and global teams, and proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
