Senior User Experience Designer

This role is responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human-centered design principles and be able to apply them to real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. A portfolio of impactful work that demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
  2. In-depth understanding of human-centred design/user experience design, ability to facilitate design sprints, workshops, user research.
  3. An ability to collaborate across teams and influence product decisions.
  4. Clear articulation, ability to rationalise design decisions based on insights and backed by data.
  5. Strong visual communication skills - sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, building wireframes and working prototypes.
  6. Passion for high-quality design execution, fit and finish.
  7. A solid sense of ownership - you defend not just the design output but take responsibility for the product outcome.
  8. Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, Zeplin.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX design.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in Fintech.
