User Experience Designer Job Description

As a User Experience Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user interface and experience of our applications and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to create user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user experiences for various applications and systems, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user interface.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business requirements, fostering open communication and coordination.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions, gathering insights and data to drive design improvements.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and test them with users, validating design concepts and making necessary adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, applying new knowledge and skills to enhance design capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and achievements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with customers, building trust and rapport through clear and concise communication.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation and Pharma industry exposure is an added advantage, bringing valuable expertise and knowledge to the team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Fiori development, leveraging its features and capabilities to enhance design solutions.
  • Experience with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, proficiently using these tools to streamline design workflows and improve productivity.
