Job Title: SAP Cloud Platform Integration CPI Functional Consultant

The ideal candidate will possess the skills to design, configure, and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other applications using SAP CPI.

  • Lead the development of SAP CPI integrations with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and external systems, aligning with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into functional integration solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver end-to-end integration solutions, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Support data migration, middleware configuration, and interface monitoring in SAP CPI, maintaining system performance and security.
  • Ensure integration designs adhere to best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful handover of responsibilities.
  • Stay updated on new SAP Cloud technologies and recommend process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

\
  • 6+ years of experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with a strong functional background, possessing excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Finance, Procurement, Sales, or Logistics modules preferred), demonstrating expertise in business processes.
  • A solid understanding of SAP CPI architecture, integration patterns (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, APIs), and cloud connectors.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end integration design, testing, and deployment, showcasing ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong business process knowledge across SAP S/4HANA modules and their integration points, ensuring seamless system interactions.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), demonstrating familiarity with cutting-edge technology.
  • Knowledge of API Management, Event Mesh, or SAP Integration Suite capabilities, enhancing system functionality.
  • SAP Certification in CPI or S/4HANA Cloud, showcasing expertise in relevant areas.
  • Experience in agile project methodologies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in project delivery.
