Job Title: Assistant Account Manager
About the Role:
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies with internal teams.
- Track, analyze, and interpret performance data; prepare and present dashboards, reports, and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and data insights.
- Maintain and update records using CRM tools and account management software.
- E nsure timely communication, project delivery, and reporting in alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in account management, client success, sales support, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact confidently with clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing
- Prior experience in a client-facing role
- Exposure to SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B services
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations
