This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency across the organization.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the plant's goals, ensuring seamless execution and positive impact on employee engagement and productivity.
  • Oversee recruitment processes for timely hiring of qualified personnel, design effective onboarding programs, and implement employee recognition and retention strategies.
  • Ensure training needs are met through development programs, identify competency gaps, and analyze induction and onboarding programs for improved capabilities.
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, develop and monitor employee performance improvement plans, and present regular reports on HR activities and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support initiatives for strengthening company culture, improving employee engagement, and driving growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or business partner role.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
