Job Opportunity:

a) Design and develop precision weld fixtures for automotive components to ensure efficient production processes.

b) Utilize SolidWorks software to create accurate 3D models of the fixtures.

c) Conduct thorough customer drawing studies to identify key design requirements.

d) Develop and finalize fixture concepts through detailed 3D and 2D drawings, considering manufacturability and assembly processes.

e) Continuously optimize JPH designs and layouts to improve production efficiency.

f) Possess in-depth knowledge of weld fixture design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in SolidWorks software
  • Strong understanding of weld fixture design principles
  • Able to work with customers to identify design requirements
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
