Job Title: Interior Design Engineer We are seeking an Interior Design Engineer to lead our interior design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing automotive interior parts, with a strong understanding of CAD software.
  • Develop and implement interior design strategies that meet customer needs and internal requirements.
  • Design and develop new interior products using CAD software, focusing on automotive interior components.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
 Key Responsibilities:New Product Development

Develop and execute new product development plans, including prototyping, testing, validation, and customer approvals.

Design and Prototyping

Design and develop new interior products, emphasizing automotive interior parts and nonwoven components.

Project Management

Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder engagement.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Catia, NX, or similar)
  • Experience in automotive interiors and nonwoven components
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
