**Location:** Bangalore, India
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Optimization Manager to join our team at Clicktech Retail Private Limited. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for developing and executing program-level sales and inventory strategies to optimize availability and inventory turns for one or more categories.
**About Us:
Clicktech Retail Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of New Trends Commerce Private Limited, a joint venture between the Poddar Group Entity and the Amazon Group Entity. We are a prominent seller on the Amazon India marketplace, operating in various categories such as wireless, consumer electronics, personal computing, and home improvement.
**Job Description:
In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of managing inventory for the category(/-ies), building strong partnerships with vendor management, merchandising, Category In Stock, and operations teams to drive toward common goals. Your responsibilities will include interacting with operations teams, driving efficiencies through team collaboration, managing inbound shipments, fill rates, ASNs, operational issues, and lead times.
You will also be responsible for managing inventory, open-to-buy, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planning, designing and executing exit strategies for unproductive inventory, and participating in manufacturer and vendor reviews. Additionally, you will drive automation through Auto Buying and Hands Off The Wheel (HOTW) Initiatives and achieve and maintain high instock rates on replenishment programs.
**Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in supply chain, inventory, or business analysis and/or finance disciplines. You should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, project management, and working with computer databases and tools such as MS-Excel. Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership is also essential.
A preferred qualification includes experience working with complex data sets, SQL skills, and an MBA from T-1 education institutions. You should also have broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and innovative and self-directed qualities.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum based on your experience and qualifications.
