We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at ASSPL - Karnataka. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and inventory strategies to optimize availability and inventory turns.

Job Description

In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of managing inventory and driving Replication and speed initiatives. You will build strong partnerships with sellers, merchandising, Transportation, FBA, and operations teams to drive toward common goals.

Your responsibilities will include defining key in-stock metrics, establishing priority of metrics, and working with sellers and internal speed stakeholder teams to achieve goals. You will also establish a framework to manage unhealthy inventory on an ongoing basis and participate in seller reviews to drive operational improvement through measurement and process improvement.

You will take up additional in-stock-related projects/initiatives such as trans-shipment for each category; supply chain projects to drive speed. You will interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration, develop annual in-stock strategy, and channel strategy such as moving maximum units to flex vs. FCs based on category priorities.

You will manage peak inbound during Diwali, ART inbound strategy, and define and achieve the inventory turn goal for each category to maintain healthy inventory (in collaboration with the FBA team). You will also achieve and maintain high in-stock rates on replenishment programs.
