Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Manage the entire inventory of products, including non-RM items such as packing materials and cleaning equipment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all products coming in and out of the hub.
  • Monitor and analyze product flow data to optimize inventory levels.

Team Management:

  • Lead a team of Delivery Executives and Packing Associates.
  • Schedule rosters and ensure team members are well-groomed and punctual.

Financial Management:

  • Manage sales cash and be accountable for UPI/online transactions.
  • Hand over sales cash to the Finance team periodically.

Asset Management:

  • Oversee all assets in the hub, including delivery bags.
  • Ensure all assets are in good condition.

SLA Management:

  • Ensure no SLA breaches (except in cases of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances).
  • Manage FEFO gaps.

Communication Skills:

  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.

Planning and Organization:

  • Organize and manage complex tasks with competing priorities.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Computer Skills:

  • Update and maintain various trackers.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Inventory Management:

  • Set basic stock levels.
  • Understand and apply re-order systems.

Team Management Skills:

  • Lead the team to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor team performance and reward/encourage accordingly.
