Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at ASSPL - Karnataka. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and driving operational improvements across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and inventory strategies to optimize availability and inventory turns.
  • Manage a team of associates to drive sales growth on Amazon by building and nurturing partnerships with sellers.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to build processes and mechanisms to improve operational supply chain metrics.
  • Establish frameworks to manage unhealthy inventory and participate in seller reviews to drive operational improvement.
  • Develop annual in-stock strategy and channel strategy to maintain healthy inventory.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
