Job Overview

As a Senior Manager of Product Research, you will lead a team of product researchers in designing world-class experiences for Target Guests and Target Team Members. You will be well-positioned to make an impact as a member of a friendly and high-performing team operating at the heart of Targets growing digital business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team responsible for user research across our guests, team members, and vendors.
  • Think holistically about the methods and tools used to answer research questions across the organization.
  • Leverage your influence and expertise to increase the impact of research insights and research strategy.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in digital software product work, with user experience emphases in research.
  • Demonstrated experience in research design and methodology.
  • Must provide examples of successful UX team leadership and mentoring.
  • Expert skills in both in-person and remote UX research methodologies and synthesis.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead large-scale projects and initiatives involving multiple cross-functional teams.
